1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions: 1.1 Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is damaged during transit or found defective upon delivery, you may request a refund or replacement.
1.2 Incorrect Product Received – If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a refund or exchange.
1.3 Quality Issues – If you experience quality-related concerns, please contact us for review.
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
2.3 Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue are required for processing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales.
- Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy
